Clavis 2.0 lets you add users and customize access permissions based on your needs. You can define specific permissions and set dedicated time slots for family members, coworkers, guests, suppliers, or service personnel. Each activity can be monitored through detailed logs, so you always know who used the automation and when.
Inviting new users to manage an automation is quick and easy. Simply enter the email address of the person you wish to authorize and assign them the Administrator or Guest role. If the invited user already has a Clavis account, they will automatically find the automation available in their dashboard. Otherwise, they will receive an invitation email with instructions to download the app and create an account using the same email address they were invited with. This makes sharing access to the automation quick, secure, and intuitive.
